Kids Clubs

I currently run 3 before/after school kids clubs in local primary schools, which have been running for over 3 years now (stopping for Covid when regulations required it to).  Some children have moved onto secondary school however I do have a number of children bouncing now, who have been there since day one.  Sessions are 45/60 minutes, morning clubs starting at 8am, and are full of fun and educational games both team and individual, to music the children know and love.  These clubs are suitable for KS2 children only (age 6+).

Where possible, we bounce outside in the fresh air which gives the children more room.  The bonus of kid’s clubs is that the children don’t realise they are exercising as they are having so much fun.  The clubs help with fine motor skills, team working, individual working, promotes listening and helping others as well as the numerous health benefits to bouncing.  Some games involve counting which helps their maths, some games include spelling which helps with English whilst other games are just pure fun! They are children after all.   The confidence that is built purely from these sessions is amazing – 2 children started in my kids clubs now attend my adult classes each week. Their confidence has gone through the roof.

Additionally throughout half terms and summer holidays I work for 4-5 various holiday club providers, offering 1 hour fun bouncing sessions.
